Ugh. Just when I thought I was out...

... they pull me back in.

So, scribefigaro and I watched the new Inuyasha episode this weekend.  It was the first time we've actually seen an episode (or even a movie, I think) together.  It was quite enjoyable.  I have to say that I still can't quite like Kagome, even in the subs.  Sango and Kohaku are having their brother-sister reunion and all of the confusion and angst that goes with it and it's beautiful, then Kagome decides that she has to, almost literally, get between them to translate how the other was feeling.  Ugh.  Get your big, fat nose out of their business, Kagome!  Miroku saved the scene, though.  He knew to hang back and let them have their moment, then gave a pithy, adorable one-liner that made me smile for the rest of the day.  I also loved the song over the end credits.  Hee!

My brain seems to be doing the pre-fanfic-ing exercises it seems to do before presenting multiple plot bunnies.  I'm curious to see what I might come up with.  :)
