LISTEN TO FREAKING INSTRUCTIONS!

I haven't even taken up my class's first assignment yet, but I'm already hating them.

I said to only email assignments to me if you are unable to turn them in on time.  Then, you will get credit for not being late, but I won't grade them until you give me a hard copy.  This is because I'm not made of paper and students will continue to expect instructors to print out their work if I go ahead and take these.

DON'T SEND IT ELECTRONICALLY UNLESS YOU WON'T BE IN CLASS!

Also, I specified a journal article for this assignment.  I've already had one person try to turn in a newspaper article.  LISTEN, GOD DAMMIT!

I'm already pissed at my class because of this.  (4 people turning it in via email when only one isn't going to be there today.  And the news/journal article crap that I know is going to happen even though I was as clear as a person could be when I gave the instructions.)
