the morning hasn't yet been entirely wasted.

Watched VH1 this morning.  It looks like Kanye West's new video for the song "Stronger" was taken from Akira.  Mr. West was Tetsuo.  But I feel ripped off that they didn't have a giant teddy bear bleeding milk chasing him.

I read too much news this morning.  Very sad things going on in this world.  I'd link the articles, but I don't want to look them up again.  Especially the one with the NFL quarterback running a dogfighting operation.   *sad*

Yet through all of this online reading this morning, I have yet to be spoiled on Harry Potter.  And I'm not even avoiding spoilers because I have yet to start reading the series.  (Love the movies, though.)
