Conversation about dogs
Feb. 13th, 2007 01:56 pmA couple friends and I were talking. It went like this:
Friend A: So you're rushing home to take out your dog? Does she handle being left alone for long periods of time very well?
Friend B: Eh. If I know I'm going to be a long time, I just give her a Benadryl. "Night-night!"
Me: *snicker* I've used that trick on my dog, too!
B: *laughs*
A, B, and me: ...
B (to me): ...Which is why we should never have kids.
It is so crazy windy outside that I can't tell if it's snowing or if the snow is just being blown off the roofs everywhere. Thank goodness my flight isn't until tomorrow.
I forgot to set my alarm last night (ahem), so I've been running behind all day.
Tomorrow will be much, much better. :)
