Feb. 21st, 2006 11:01 amThis makes me feel a little ill: I'd like to know what in this guy's history made him think that this was even remotely acceptable behavior.
I've been getting up an hour earlier two mornings a week to go to the gym and it's exhausting. But the gym gets so packed in the evening that there aren't many treadmills available. I've found myself in the totally surreal experience of vying for a treadmill, like, "No, let me be the hamster on the wheel, running and running and not going anywhere because I saw it first." I mean, I feel that way anyway, but at least when I go in on weekday mornings I'm not fighting for the privilege to feel completely ridiculous.
Now it's just a matter of summoning enough energy to actually get through my day.
