starzkiI posted Chapter 3 of "Kusarigama." I guess I accomplished something.
My sister called last night for advice on her statistics homework. It all had to do with probability theory (which isn't a huge part of the statistics I do day-to-day). I swear, I dreamed about it last night. I spent hours and hours on her homework because I can't let this stuff go. This is exactly why I didn't go into math as my profession. I would never sleep. I might be successful, but I also might end up like that guy on A Beautiful Mind and have to be committed. I figured out 2 of the questions (which were actually more like brain teasers) and looked up the other 2 that dealt with factorials and exponents and nothing actual statisticians actually work on. So I felt better, self esteem-wise.
Now my tummy hurts. I think it is because I ordered takeout last night and it contained actual nutrition that my body doesn't know how to deal with. So I just cramp uncontrollably. Barf.
