starzkiI'm trying to get back into writing fics and into the fandom. So it's meme time.

Cowboy Bebop, Inuyasha, and Full Metal Panic

6. Which story of yours would you recommend for people to read?
Depends on the fandom.
CB: "Being Polite"
IY: "Groping"
FMP: "Sleepover" or "What If."
7. Which story are you most proud of?
"O Loving Hate." I feel like I actually got across what I meant for the story to say. It's not perfect, but it doesn't feel like it's missing anything.
Also, "Being Polite" because it was the first and it took some courage for me to start posting stories to begin with.
8. Which one was your biggest challenge?
"Discomfort." I started with a particular tone (a silly, oddly removed tone) that was really tough to keep up throughout the story. Also, "Remotely Plausible" because it was a crack crossover IY/The X-Files fic, so each character had to reflect the two different characterizations from each fandom.
9. Which one had the most reviews?
"Discomfort." People like the funny.
10. Which had the least?
Tied (both in the CB fandom) "Former Freshmen" and "Being Polite."
11. Which story do you feel deserved the most reviews?
I don't think it deserves the MOST reviews, but I thought that "What a Lovely Way to Burn" should have gotten more of a response than it did because it's my favorite FMP story.
12. Which story was your longest?
"Participant Observation." The longest story and the one I'm probably most embarrassed of.
13. Which story was your shortest?
"Feline." I liked writing this sexy little drabble.
14. Which story was a surprise hit?
Definitely, "The Birth of a Fan." Large response from people about an AU centered on baseball.
15. What story are you most known for?
Either "Groping," or "In Vino Veritas." "Groping got me recognized in the fandom, but "Veritas" won an award.
16. What fandom are you most known for?
Inuyasha.
17. What pairings are you most known for?
Miroku/Sango definitely, in IY.
Kaname/Sousuke in FMP.
I like 'em canon, what can I say?
18. What is something you will never put into your story?
I don't know. Everything I've thought of just now to say, I've actually put into previous stories. It helps me exorcise my demons, I guess. I don't think I'll ever graphically describe rape.
19. What do you think your trademark is?
Bizarre, silly humor. Or angst with fluffy edges.
20. Give us a hint of future stories!
I'm taking part of a Christmas Mir/San fic exchange and I've got a couple of ideas I hope flesh out in the next month.
Also, I have a couple of FMP ideas that are still percolating.
