starzkiNot much is more annoying than stepping in doggy poo. But one thing that is more annoying is stepping in someone's gum! Really. Dogs gotta poo outside, but you can hold onto your gum for another 2 minutes. People, find a stinking trash bin! They're everywhere along the path and in the park! Jackasses.
Also, I've been watching the We channel (or Women's "entertainment") because they show lots of stuff about weddings and I'm hoping to become inspired because I've always been ambivalent about getting married. I've watched "Platinum Weddings" and I'm about to throw up. These are stories about real people throwing severely extravagant weddings. Really, I am fully in favor of making sure your guests have a good time, but does everyone need a rare $75 dollar orchid at every place setting at the reception? Or an $18,000 dress? Or a $4,000 cake? I watch this and just despair at all of the good that money could have done for people who actually need it.
And still not inspired for a wedding. Still loving the idea of a quickie ceremony in Vegas. We'll see.
