What to do?
May. 13th, 2006 04:38 pmI need to pack.
I should buy dog food.
I want to call my advisor and make a pest of myself about whether or not I passed the prelims. It's been over two weeks and I should have some news by now. I talked to one of my committee members who told me that she thought I did excellent on them, but then she didn't realize that I hadn't heard from my other professors and shouldn't have said anything. I'm sure I passed. I just wonder if it's a "pass" or a "high pass." Not that it matters; passing is passing. But I do want that "high pass," dammit.
I need to do my dishes. Nothing is worse than coming home from vacation to dirty dishes.
I should be working on lectures for the 261 and 262 class as I'm expected to be teaching 262 in nearly TWO WEEKS! (But now I have awesome overheads.)
I need to call home and ask if they have shampoo and toothpaste so I don't need to needlessly bring them back and forth.
I need to figure out how to do correlations and t-tests in Excel to the point I can teach it to sleepy 19 and 20 year olds.
Out of all of these, I bet I only get to the packing.
