If you are reading this, please respond with what you think I should do.

One of my students just gave me Rolling Stone tickets.  They are for the Rolling Stones concert tonight.  They are VIP seating (30th row).  A check at Ticketmaster shows these seats going for hundreds of dollars.

This student is a police officer who probably had a way to get tickets free and he's just spreading them around.  I think.

However, this student is also doing poorly in the class (failed the first test) and may be trying to bribe me.

Help!  What should I do?

EDIT:  I called the state ethics office and my provost's office and they said that while there were no rules against it, I shouldn't accept the tickets.  So I emailed the student and told him that I couldn't accept them.  He said fine, but that I should give them out to whomever so that they don't go to waste.  So I gave them to one of my old professors who loves the Stones.  What a shame I couldn't sell them on Craigslist.  I'd have made rent for the next two months.
