No puppy = Bad days.

The power went off on my block for three hours last night.  I discovered that I have exactly one candle and no flashlight.  And of course, Episode 131 was on Adult Swim last night and I missed the first run of it at 11:30 because now power means no anime.  So I stayed up until 1:30 so that I could reset all of my clocks (I'm a strictly digital kind of girl, clocks with hands take too long to decipher) and set up the DVR and the VCR to record the second run.  I didn't trust either on its own after the outage, so I stayed up another half an hour worrying about it not recording.  So I am tired and not properly emotionally equipped to deal with crap around my department today.

And because the puppy's with the parents, I don't even have him to come home to.  It's so depressing that there's no one at the end of the day who's glad I made it home.
