Welp, I've been flirting with writing this story for weeks now. I get a little embarrassed with the idea that I purposely set out to write a chapter about oral sex, so I kind of procrastinated writing it. With the hectic time around the holiday (plus I was out of town the week before), I didn't have a lot of writing time, anyway.
Unlike the previous chapters, I didn't have an exact map of where I wanted the characters to go, how they would feel, or what they would do. I had some images, but nothing as concrete as the previous six chapters in this story. Basically, I just let Kaname go at it, and this chapter was the result. It flowed incredibly well once I sat down and started writing it. I'm pretty happy with it.
The only problems I had with this chapter are problems I have whenever I write any kind of lemon. It comes down to vocabulary when discussing sexual organs. I hate most of the words usually used to describe them, especially for women. "Pussy" and "cunt" are right out. I hate those words with a passion. "Vagina" is too technical and incredibly unsexy. That leaves me with euphemisms which I kind of hate, too. "Womanhood" is a no, anything that references flowers is out. That leaves me with "center," "heat," "sex," and maybe some other descriptors that reference the area in question. I hate all the options, so I just went with what I considered the least offensive and what would kind of work for their situations.
As for naming the male part, it's a little easier. I can go with "cock." That's pretty much it, and if you've read this chapter, I used it liberally. I hate "manhood." Just no. And "dick" is a word I often use as an insult to other people, so I'd hate to call any part of Sousuke that. :) The others I'm not big fans of either, for similar reasons.
I hope that people like this chapter as it's probably a good lead in to the grand finale. Like this chapter, I have ideas, but I'm just going to see where Sousuke and Kaname take the scenario in the bedroom next. I hope to have it out before the new year.
