starzkiGetting over a cold caught on my visit to the big city.
I regret nothing. I saw a baseball game and drank delicious India Pale Ale from a local brewery. And had a meeting with my lovely and way too forgiving advisor.
But I still cough when I lie on my stomach or exhale too much. And I've been recovered from the actual cold part of the cold for almost a week. Coughs just hang on to me. Boo.
Got some stuff done for dissertation work. Got the appropriate software for statistics and it seems to be working. Huzzah!
Still way too involved with fanfiction about Full Metal Panic. Some of it is excellent. I've even started flirting with the (gulp) Naruto fanfiction part of the site. Luckily, I only seem to be wanting to write for FMP. I've got one fic written out. It's a lime as it stands and I was planning to go lemon with it, but I'm torn. We'll see where it goes. I haven't even looked at it since the beginning of this month. I've also got one other fic started, one that I've been planning but haven started, and one that I've gone through, start to finish in my head but will never write (it's just that awful as a premise).
And this post, like my life, spends way too much time on fanfiction and not nearly enough on actual work I'm doing. :(
